For nearly three hours, I stood in a cool mountain stream, painting two of my favorite models as they rested during their afternoon nap. Surrounded by the quiet beauty of the landscape, I was struck by the peaceful rhythm of the gently flowing spring runoff—a sound I can still remember. This painting captures that sense of calm and is a beautiful way to bring the tranquility of the outdoors into any space.
